Warehouse Assistant/ Officer 倉儲管理

We are looking for a passionate talent to join our team and build our beer business in Hong Kong. Warehouse Assistant/ Officer Job Responsibilities: 1 Product Management Assist in and supervise the receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch of finished goods and imported wines. Conduct cost analysis for the finished goods warehouse and imported wine operations, formulate cost reduction measures, and monitor the implementation of improvements. 2. Warehouse Management Execute dispatch arrangements for direct-ship orders, transfer orders, e-commerce orders, and warehouse-to-warehouse transfer orders; perform pick list processing and system outbound operations. Carry out daily and monthly warehouse inventory counts and reconciliations, and prepare inventory reports. 3. Cost Management Collect and organize data related to operational outsourcing partners, STTS product traceability, outsourced services, and externally leased warehouse costs; verify expense statements and follow up on invoices. Prepare monthly accrual expenses for warehouse-related outsourcing partners and submit to the Finance department. 4. Order Management Perform daily customer service operations, including processing sales orders, handling customer inquiries, and addressing complaints. Maintain accurate records of company assets in warehouses and at sales account locations, ensuring consistency between inbound/outbound records and the inventory system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; experience in the FMCG industry is preferred. Good command of both Chinese and English (written and verbal). Strong communication and coordination skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Required to work in shifts on Saturdays Please send in your CV both Chinese and English with current and expected packages.
