Marketing Manager Position Summary The Marketing Manager will lead a dynamic marketing to plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities that support sales growth and brand visibility. This role is a mix of hands-on execution and leadership , ideal for a marketing professional ready to step up into a managerial position while still being actively involved in campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with company goals. Integrate online and offline initiatives for maximum impact (digital campaigns, social media, trade shows, dealer events, print media). Support in setting and reviewing product pricing strategies in coordination with management tea Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with market needs. Marketing Analysis & Insights Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager to review sales trends, market data, and competitor activities. Support in preparing reports and insights to help guide campaign planning and channel strategies. Use data to recommend adjustments for improving marketing ROI. Ad-hoc project from management team Online Marketing Oversee website content, social media presence, digital advertising and online market place channel. Manage and track online campaigns, ensuring they deliver measurable results. Support SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation for engagement and lead generation. Offline Marketing Oversee exhibitions, dealer events, product launches, and trade promotions. Produce marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and promotional materials. Work with suppliers, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality materials and events. New Product Development & Launch Collaborate with product development teams to support new product planning, market feasibility studies, and launch strategies. Team Leadership & Coordination Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. Foster a collaborative working environment within the team. Budget & Performance Tracking Manage and monitor the marketing budget for activities and events. Track and report campaign performance, providing improvement recommendations. Ensure efficient use of resources for maximum ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 7 – 10 years’ marketing experience, with experiences in supervisory or coordinator role. Experience managing both online and offline marketing activities. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing analytics tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Execution of marketing plan within budget and timeline. Growth in brand awareness and customer engagement. Successful delivery of campaigns and events.
