We are looking for an energetic, deeply dedicated, and proactive Senior / Marketing Executive to join Sidefame. We need a fast-paced, highly responsive self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks, seamlessly bridges communication between Merchandising and Retail Operations, and brings creative ideas to the table while respecting brand philosophy and operational constraints. Responsibilities: 1. Brand Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus) Campaign Planning & Implementation: Fully support the Marketing Manager in end-to-end planning, execution, and performance monitoring of brand marketing campaigns. Brand-Initiated Promotions: Manage all brand-driven marketing initiatives, seasonal product launches, and promotional campaigns from concept to execution. Proactive Idea Generation: Continuously propose fresh, actionable ideas that respect the brand’s core philosophy and aesthetic while keeping practical business and operational constraints in mind. 2. Sidefame Groupwise Projects (Secondary Focus) Group Projects & Workshops: Lead and execute Sidefame group-level marketing projects and consumer workshops. Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, performance insights, and reviews for group management. Business Opportunities: Proactively identify new collaboration and business outreach opportunities for group initiatives. 3. Mall Communication & Exposure (Supporting Focus) Mall Relationship Management: Maintain active communication and build strong relationships with shopping mall marketing teams to maximize POS sales and exposure. Exposure Negotiation: Coordinate with malls to secure prime paid and free exposure opportunities for seasonal launches and promotional activities. Operations Alignment & Calendars: Consult brand and retail operations teams in advance of all mall-driven promotions. Maintain systematic annual promotion calendars and schedules. Requirements: Mentality & Personal Attributes Willing & Devoted: Demonstrates deep dedication, passion, and strong personal commitment to the role and the brand's long-term success. Proactive Initiator and Responsive: Takes complete ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and drives projects forward independently without waiting for instructions. Cross-Functional Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively across Merchandising, Operations, Mall Partners, and Group teams. Brand & Business Balanced: Cares about the business, with the ability to balance creative brand storytelling with operational realities. Skills & Background Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Multi-media, or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within fashion or retail. Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Software & Tools: Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing reporting tools. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. visual/design tools, AI copy generators) to streamline daily workflows.
