Senior Officer

Position Summary The association senior officer is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the association, ensuring effective member services, implementing strategic initiatives, and strengthening collaboration among member companies, government agencies, and industry stakeholders. The role serves as the key liaison representing the association and supports the executive committee in achieving the association's objectives. ........................................................................ Qualifications: Master of Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, political science, international business, supply chain, trade compliance Good command or English, both written and spoken ......................................................................... Special Skills Required: Team leadership, Lead, Coach, and supervise association staff. Good communication and Interpersonal skills, implement policies and resolutions approved by the executive committee and board of directors. Coordinate policy discussions and advocate industry positions when appropriate. Monitor automotive industry trends, market developments, regulations, and emerging technologies Project & event management, coordinate sponsorships and partnerships. Ensure successful execution of special projects aligned with the association's mission. Prepare and manage the association's annual budget, Monitor Computer literacy Work under pressure with all levels of corporation and outside counsel .........................................................................
