Assistant Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee the warehouse and daily operations of a logistics team in alignment with internal policy request Supervising daily warehouse activities, including space management, manpower allocation, operation efficiency and accuracy Managing 3PL service providers’ performance including warehouse operation and fleet service Fully responsible for KPIs of the warehouse, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment Training new employees (both full-time and contractor worker) on how to work as a warehouse assistance with safety standards Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures; and by complying with legal regulations Inspecting equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and overseeing general maintenance when necessary Requirements: Tertiary education or above in warehouse operation or related disciplines Over 5 years’ management experience in warehouse operations in retail or FMCG industry Analytical and detail-minded Familiar with common KPI to monitor logistics service providers Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of warehouse staffs Ability to motivate and discipline staff Valid forklift license/certification is required Interest parties, please send full resume with current and expected salary and date of availability by clicking " Apply Now " Personal data provided in application will be treated as strictly confidential and used for recruitment purpose by CIAO International Limited only.
