AI Automation Executive

What You'll Do As our AI Automation Executive , you'll lead AI adoption across the company by designing intelligent workflows and AI Agents that improve productivity, eliminate repetitive tasks, and streamline daily operations. You'll begin by transforming the Finance Department , then expand AI implementation across HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units. Your Responsibilities Build AI Agents Design, develop, and continuously improve AI Agents for business operations. Transform manual SOPs into AI-powered workflows. Build solutions such as AP Agent, AR Agent, CFO Assistant, HR Assistant, Sales Assistant, and Customer Service Agent. Drive Process Improvement Analyse existing business processes. Identify automation opportunities. Recommend smarter workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Manage AI Tools Work with modern AI and automation platforms including: ChatGPT Claude Gemini n8n Zapier Supabase Vercel WhatsApp API Google Workspace Automation and other emerging AI technologies. Collaborate Across Departments Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver practical AI solutions. Learn & Innovate Stay ahead of the latest AI trends, test new technologies, and recommend innovative solutions that create real business value. Documentation & Training Develop AI documentation, SOPs, user guides, and train employees on new AI tools and workflows. What We're Looking For Qualifications Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
