About the role EPA CPA CONSULTING CO.,LTD is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Bangkok on a full-time basis . In this pivotal position, you will oversee the accounting operations and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality financial accounting and reporting services to our clients. You will report directly to senior management and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and procedures. Key responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports in accordance with international accounting standards and local regulations Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and documentation Manage and develop accounting staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and reconciled Maintain internal controls and compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Identify process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Liaise with external auditors and support audit activities as required Maintain organised records and documentation for all accounting transactions and reports Assist in budget preparation and analysis of financial variances What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, accounting standards (Thai and International), and generally accepted accounting practices Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Thai tax and accounting regulations is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure Strong communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development Knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and compliance requirements Proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development What we offer At EPA CPA CONSULTING CO.,LTD, we are committed to fostering a supportive and professional work environment where your talents are valued and your career can flourish.
