KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contacts clients’ senior marketing and advertising management Conducts regular meetings of his/her account group for full and frank discussion of client problems, opportunities, and work in progress Reviews clients’ advertising plans with the Client Partner and Account Manager Reviews creative and other staff wok to ensure that it reflects the strategy and objectives prior to submission to the client Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client Promotes, when appropriate, other agency services, such as research and public relations Proactively analyses and provides solutions to key developments which have implications for his/her client counterparts or agency management Stays alert for opportunities to increase client activity and billing, as well as obtaining new business from existing clients Prepares agency financial budgets, i.e. revenue, agency direct costs, and staffing needs REQUIREMENTS Minimum 7 years of agency experience, with an emphasis on creative agency environment, and or/content development for major clients Familiarity with communication campaign development both offline and online, best if he/she has experience in managing FDA process, and F&B category. Experiencing in working with MNC organization is a plus. A strong understanding of media planning, distribution, and content syndication Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activation The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners A nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning A strong, up-to-date point of view on digital media, social channels, and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiatives Poise and eloquence—when you speak with clients, they listen.
