Assistant Supervisor - Production (Night Shift)

Responsibilities Oversee production staff to ensure completion of production assignments in alignment with established plans and targets under the guidance of the Production Manager and/or Supervisor. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards set by both the company and customers. Organize production capacity and schedules to meet target output goals efficiently. Manage production details by coordinating labor, materials, and machinery resources as per the output schedule initiated by the Production Management Committee (PMC). Supervise production staff in conducting self-inspections of their work to maintain high-quality standards. Ensure strict compliance with production protocols and quality expectations as defined in Work Procedures. Track production schedules and implement immediate corrective actions to address any delays and keep production on track. Guarantee on-time delivery of products on a daily basis. Conduct daily maintenance of facilities and oversee the 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) cleanliness management in the workshop. Monitor and verify the accurate implementation of daily production equipment checklists. Provide support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within the production department. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Department Head. Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or higher. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong leadership abilities; capable of working independently under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic IT knowledge. Basic proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
