The HR Head oversees all human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, labor law compliance, and organizational development. The position ensures that the farm has a competent, engaged, and productive workforce while complying with Philippine labor regulations and company policies Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of farm and office employees. Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration, and attendance management. Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, occupational safety, and company policies. Develop training and leadership development programs for farm and administrative personnel. Manage performance appraisal and succession planning. Prepare HR budgets, reports, and workforce analytics for management. Lead and supervise the HR team and provide HR support to farm managers and department heads. Promote employee engagement, welfare, and a positive workplace culture. JJobstreet Philippines+2 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or managerial roles. Experience in agriculture, poultry, manufacturing, or food production is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
