Your core responsibilities: Manage and review BI (Bodily Injury) and complex medical claims. Work under motor claims department to provide medical and technical assessment and recommendations Interpret policy coverage, exclusions, and benefits Provide claim technical guidance and escalation support to claims teams Liaise with medical providers and internal stakeholders Your profile: Educational background in Medical, Nurse or other medical related degree Minimum 5 years' experience in complex claims handling or ICU nurse hospital or Third-Party Administrative area. Strong analytical and communication skills Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines. Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards Ability to interpret medical reports and travel documentation. Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail. Familiarity with fraud detection tools and techniques
