Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end delivery from user requirement to post-implementation Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX Designer, IT, Risk/Compliance and external vendors to ensure smooth and effective execution Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans to support development and implementation Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery outcomes Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure structured and efficient delivery Coordinate UAT, defect management, and release readiness , ensuring quality and business acceptance Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies , and provide timely and transparent status updates Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines 4+ years of experience in digital product delivery within Insurance or financial services Strong business analysis capability , with experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery documentations (e.g., requirements, user stories, test cases) Good knowledge of customer-facing insurance products (e.g., mobile apps, online platforms) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to work across functions Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines Familiarity with UAT coordination, release management, and SDLC processes
