青獅國際證券｜商務拓展實習生（BD Intern） 職位資料 工作地點：香港 工作性質：實習 匯報對象：商務拓展團隊及公司管理層 崗位職責 1. 協助拓展公司證券、投資諮詢、資產管理及跨境金融相關業務，研究潛在客戶與合作機會。 2. 整理高淨值客戶、企業客戶、家族辦公室、金融機構及專業服務機構等潛在線索和渠道名單。 3. 協助進行初步商務聯絡、會議預約、資料準備、會議記錄及後續跟進。 4. 在團隊指導下維護客戶及項目資料庫，更新合作進度，協助推動項目落地。 5. 收集香港金融市場、跨境投融資、企業出海、競爭機構及相關產品資訊。 6. 協助籌備行業論壇、客戶沙龍、路演、商務拜訪及其他市場活動。 7. 協助製作商務方案、演示文件、數據表格及市場研究簡報，配合內部團隊完成項目支持。 8. 遵守公司合規及保密制度；實習生不會獨立進行受規管活動或向客戶提供投資意見。 任職要求 1. 本科或碩士在讀，金融、經濟、市場營銷、工商管理、國際商務等相關專業優先。 2. 對香港金融市場、財富管理、資產管理、跨境金融或企業國際化具有濃厚興趣。 3. 具備良好的溝通、資料整理及文字表達能力，能夠清晰記錄和跟進工作事項。 4. 熟悉 PowerPoint、Excel、Word 等辦公軟件；具備研究、數據分析或內容製作能力者優先。 5. 具備良好的普通話及英語能力；能夠使用粵語者優先。 6. 積極主動、細心可靠，具備責任感、學習能力及團隊協作精神。 7. 具有金融機構、商務拓展、客戶服務、校園社團或活動組織經驗者優先。 8. 能夠穩定實習不少於三個月、每週到崗三天或以上者優先，具體安排可面議。 你將獲得 • 接觸香港證券、資產管理、跨境金融及企業出海相關業務的實務機會； • 獲得商務拓展、客戶溝通及項目跟進方面的實務指導； • 參與客戶活動、渠道合作及跨境項目的研究與執行； • 表現優秀者有機會獲得後續實習、全職職位或長期合作機會。 實習補貼及具體安排將根據候選人的背景、能力、實習週期及到崗時間面議。 Azure Lion International Securities | Business Development Intern Position Details Location: Hong Kong Engagement: Internship Reporting Line: Business Development Team and Senior Management Key Responsibilities 1. Support business development across the company’s securities, investment advisory, asset management and cross-border financial services by researching prospective clients and partnership opportunities. 2. Build and maintain lead lists covering high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, family offices, financial institutions and professional service providers. 3. Assist with initial outreach, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, meeting notes and follow-up actions. 4. Maintain client and project records under team supervision, update progress and support the execution of business opportunities. 5. Research Hong Kong financial markets, cross-border investment and financing, overseas business expansion, competitors and relevant products. 6. Support industry forums, client seminars, roadshows, business visits and other marketing activities. 7. Prepare business proposals, presentations, spreadsheets and market research briefs, and coordinate with internal teams on project support. 8. Observe all compliance and confidentiality requirements. Interns will not independently conduct regulated activities or provide investment advice to clients. Requirements 1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, business administration, international business or a related discipline. 2. Strong interest in Hong Kong’s financial markets, wealth management, asset management, cross-border finance or international business. 3. Good communication, research, organisation and writing skills, with the ability to document and follow up on action items clearly. 4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; research, data analysis or content development skills will be an advantage. 5. Good command of Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese will be an advantage. 6. Proactive, detail-oriented and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team. 7. Previous exposure to financial services, business development, client service, student organisations or event coordination will be an advantage. 8. Availability for at least three months and three or more working days per week is preferred. The detailed arrangement is negotiable.
