About the role We are seeking an experienced Inventory Data Supervisor to oversee inventory data accuracy, reporting, and analysis to support efficient inventory management and business operations. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory transactions, preparing analytical reports and forecasts, identifying process improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and maintain the accuracy of inventory data, ensuring all inventory transactions are properly recorded and updated. Monitor inventory movements, including stock receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments, to ensure data integrity. Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including Remaining Stock, Stock Forecast, Daily/Monthly Sales Reports, and Sales Forecast. Develop dashboards and management reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. Analyze inventory trends and sales performance to optimize inventory planning and stock availability. Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure accurate and consistent inventory information. Lead or support projects related to inventory management, data improvement, and operational efficiency. Continuously improve inventory processes, reporting systems, and data management practices. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or related functions. Experience in supervising a team is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and sales data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup functions); experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage. Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems. Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
