As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven professional to join our team and lead our global trade, sourcing, and commercial strategy. Role Overview: The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's international business growth, with end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and cross-border trade execution. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong operational expertise, and the ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple product categories and geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless commercial operations, optimize procurement efficiency, and expand the company's footprint in key international markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of high-quality international suppliers across diverse product categories, including: Imaging & Camera Products: Brands such as Canon, Kodak, Fujifilm, Ricoh, and similar. Consumer Electronics & AI Devices: Smart gadgets, AI-powered audio devices, Meta AI sunglasses, and related products. Wellness & Lifestyle Technology: Hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy devices, THOR LX2 Laser Therapy Machine, PEMF Mats and other wellness innovations. Mobile Accessories & Power Solutions: Products from leading brands such as Ugreen, Anker, and comparable. Action Cameras & Imaging Solutions: Instax 360, DJI, and similar. Amazon Ecosystem Products: Kindle, Echo Pop, Echo Dot, and related devices. Apple Accessories: CPO, EarPods, iPads, and other Apple-compatible products. Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and reliable delivery timelines. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and service levels. Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, payment terms, exclusivity arrangements, and long-term partnership frameworks. International Business Development: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the company's diverse product portfolio across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and other emerging markets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. Represent the company at major international trade exhibitions, industry events, and high-level commercial meetings. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making and market entry strategies. Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility targets. Commercial Operations & Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end commercial operations, including order management, logistics coordination, inventory planning, and delivery execution. Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws across all operating regions. Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. Collaborate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, digitalization, and adoption of best practices in supply chain management. Strategic Planning & Leadership: Align sourcing and business development strategies with overall corporate goals and growth objectives. Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams involved in procurement, sales, logistics, and commercial operations. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Product Portfolio Management: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and consumer preferences across the company's product categories. Provide strategic input on product selection, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for new and existing products. Strong awareness of product designing and product development processes, including product concept development, specifications, materials, packaging, customization, prototyping, and coordination with manufacturers from design through commercialization. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Economics, International Trade, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) would be an advantage. Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in international trade, strategic sourcing, procurement, commercial management, or business development. Minimum 8+ years of professional experience working in China, with strong practical knowledge of the Chinese sourcing, supplier, manufacturing, and commercial environment. Proven experience managing diverse product categories, preferably including consumer electronics, imaging devices, AI gadgets, wellness technology, and mobile accessories. Demonstrated track record of managing cross-border commercial operations and working with international suppliers, distributors, and clients. Strong experience in negotiating commercial agreements, managing contracts, and driving cost optimization initiatives. Familiarity with import/export procedures, Incoterms, trade finance, customs compliance, and international logistics. Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial reports, and operational metrics. Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement platforms, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Solid understanding of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization. Knowledge of trade compliance, product certification requirements, and international trade regulations. Soft Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. High level of cultural awareness and adaptability to work with diverse international partners. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential for daily communication, documentation, and international negotiations. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for supplier communication, commercial negotiations, product development coordination, and business operations in China. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings, trade fairs, supplier visits, and client engagements. Candidates with exposure to multiple international markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, or the Americas are preferred.
