Deputy Manager, Yield Analysis

Accountabilities: Provide analytical support to the dual-brand analysis team and regularly generate revenue and performance reports for both dual-brand and single-brand businesses Coordinate ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of revenue and analytical reports Prepare revenue, performance, and management reports to support commercial and strategic decision-making Continuously enhance analytical methodologies, reporting quality, and the effective utilization of analytical tools Support and participate in the development and implementation of AI and data analytics solutions to improve department's analytical capabilities Requirements: University graduate in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, data analysis, or related disciplines Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager Basic knowledge of revenue analysis, profit and loss reporting, and commercial analysis, with a sound understanding of trade lanes, cost structures, and key revenue drivers Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality. Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and collaborate effectively with IT and data teams. Interest in AI, data analytics, and their application in business reporting and decision-making. Exposure to digitalization, automation, or data analytics projects is an advantage Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
