Key Objective The Business Development function serves as a key driver of business growth across the Group, responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, developing existing businesses, revitalizing underperforming or previously unsuccessful projects, and driving sustainable growth both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop New Businesses and Strategic Plans Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Group's companies. Develop short-term and long-term business strategies and growth plans. Identify new revenue streams, potential business partners, and new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team. 2. Reassess and Develop Existing Projects Review and consolidate previous and current projects or business initiatives that have not yet achieved their intended results. Analyze key challenges, root causes, and factors contributing to underperformance or unsuccessful outcomes. Develop improvement plans, refine business strategies, and drive initiatives toward successful and measurable outcomes. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments to develop opportunities and resolve business challenges. Develop and implement cross-functional action plans to achieve shared business objectives. Coordinate meetings and follow up on progress to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution across teams. 4. Expand Business into International Markets Develop growth strategies and business expansion plans for international markets. Identify and explore key markets, including China, Japan, the Middle East, and other high-potential markets. Establish and develop international business partnerships to create new growth opportunities and strengthen the Group's global presence. The Business Development function acts as the “Growth Engine of the Company” , focusing on creating new businesses, revitalizing and developing existing opportunities, connecting cross-functional teams, and driving business expansion into international markets.
