Junior IT Quality Assurance

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Junior IT Quality Assurance. This resource will be working from Bangkok, Thailand. Job Description : Support IT Quality Assurance Team: Create Test plans, Test cases, Test scripts for all the modules and adhere the quality standards set by the organization. Develop and maintain automated testing solutions: Develop, execute, and maintain automated testing procedures and quality assurance activities for SDG applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation: Develop, update, and organize system documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, inventory records, and compliance-related materials to support knowledge management and audit readiness. Assist in software development and system enhancement activities: Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features, integrations, reports, and automation solutions using technologies such as Java, ReactJS, Python, and SQL under the guidance of senior developers. Deliverables: Effective IT Quality Assurance support Ensures functional and technical requirements are met through system testing, regression testing, performance testing, system interface testing, and security testing activities. Automated testing framework and test coverage Automated testing procedures are implemented and executed for assigned applications, with test results documented and software defects identified and tracked for resolution. Up-to-date documentation repository Technical documentation, user guides, SOPs, and procurement/logistics records are maintained accurately and updated regularly. Successful implementation of assigned development tasks Assigned software enhancements, bug fixes, testing activities, and automation solutions are completed, documented, and deployed according to project requirements and quality standards. Educational Qualification: University degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted. Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solution-oriented development. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multicultural, cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Experience/Skills: Experience in quality assurance. Experience in software development.
