Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with business users, product owners, IT teams, and vendors to elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements for enterprise solution initiatives. • Translate business needs into clear deliverables such as business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, data mappings, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions in English, Chinese and Cantonese with stakeholders across regional and local teams. • Perform current-state and future-state process analysis, gap assessment, impact analysis, and dependency identification to support solution design and delivery planning. • Work closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives and are feasible within agreed timelines. • Support Agile and/or waterfall delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning input, requirement traceability, change request assessment, and release readiness reviews. • Prepare and review UAT scenarios, test cases, test data needs, and expected outcomes; coordinate UAT execution, defect triage, retesting, and business sign-off. • Track requirement status, open issues, risks, decisions, and action items, providing regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders. • Support implementation, user communications, training materials, operational handover, and post-implementation verification as required. • Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and continuous enhancement of business analysis practices within the team. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting IT, digital, enterprise solutions, insurance, banking, or financial services projects. • Mandatory language capability: fluent Chinese and Cantonese communication skills, with the ability to conduct discussions, clarify requirements, and prepare stakeholder communications. Good English communication skills are also required. • Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, documentation, UAT coordination, and defect follow-up. • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or waterfall delivery methodologies, and the role of business analysis across project delivery stages. • Hands-on familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar requirement and collaboration platforms. • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, follow through on actions, and adapt in a fast-paced insurance IT environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners. • Basic understanding of data flows, APIs, system integrations, reporting, or SQL will be an added advantage. Salary: Open to market Current Job Grade/Level: 4 HC from Junior to Senior
