Job Description Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales team members. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance to improve performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts when required. Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and product launches. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively. Monitor sales pipeline and follow up on potential leads. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze sales data and prepare reports. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.
