Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Toy Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Animation, or a related field. · 8–10 years of experience in product development, character design, toy design, collectibles, entertainment, gaming, fashion, or lifestyle brands. · Proven ability to create and evolve successful IPs into multiple commercially appealing collections and product lines. · Exceptional aesthetic judgment with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to elevate 2D concepts and translate them into highly desirable 3D products. · Strong understanding of global consumer trends, fashion trends, color forecasting, design trends, and pop culture, with the ability to anticipate future market opportunities. · Demonstrated experience providing creative direction to artists and multidisciplinary design teams. · Strong storytelling and concept development skills. · Passion for art toys, collectibles, fashion, entertainment IP, and youth culture. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative leadership skills. · Proficient in English; Thai and/or Chinese is an advantage.
