ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES 1.0 JOB OBJECTIVES 1.1 Creates and maintains technical files on global systems 1.2 Monitors product development to ensure deadlines are met 1.3 Assist to prepare Seminar meeting and product compliance 1.4 Monitors product from development stage to end of production 1.5 Fabric development and fabric colour approval 2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Creates and maintains technical files on global systems - Creates and maintains documentation for assigned products, ensures all appropriate documents are completed, including Bill of Materials, design, product specs, description and comments. - Ensure samples are produced according to designers - Support parcel and sample arrangement. 2.2 Monitor product development to ensure KPI’s are met - Support product development with on-time delivery - Update the sample development progress in the tracking report - Help open all parcels and hang all samples, and record it. 2.3 Assist in preparing Seminar meeting and product compliance - Assist in preparing the Preview workbook and Asia workbook for the Seminar - Assist SMS compliance to review seasonal SMS - Make sure samples are hung properly 2.4 Conform product from development stage to end of production - Compliance of samples from development to bulk. - Approval of production trim cards and PP samples to align with approved BOM - Suggest changes to enhance product quality and quality checking on final product 2.5 Fabric development and fabric colour approval - Fabric sourcing based on Seasonal briefing - Fabric data management - Fabric and trim colour approval, including development and bulk lot - Filing approved colour and bulk lot PROFILE - At least 3 years of experience as a developer in Apparel development (Cut & Sewn category such as Outerwear/ Fleece/Mid layer/ Shirt/ Bottom) - Knowledge in functional and lifestyle outdoor cut & sewn category - Worked for Outdoor or/and premium brands in the apparel industry. - Experience in colour approval is an advantage. - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Expected: - Agile mindset, efficient and willing to learn and grow Education: Minimum level of academics: Certificate, Diploma or degree holder in Fashion & Clothing or Clothing Studies or related subject Soft skills: § Open-minded and willing to communicate with others. § Diligent and result-oriented Business Application: § Competent with MS Office, PLM, proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or PowerPoint Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred
