Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of the Event Sales service. Promote the function spaces of the hotel and monitor the implementation of marketing strategies with an emphasis on the market. Prepare and coordinate banquet event orders across departments to meet guests' expectations. Ensure the smooth operation of the Events Department and coordinate with the Banquet Service, Culinary, Sales, and Marketing Departments. Handle all guest issues and inquiries in a professional manner. Ensure that all assigned account information is accurate and updated regularly. Conduct regular sales activities. Participate in assigned internal and external sales activities. Drive repeat bookings. Assist in maintaining strong and professional relationships with existing clients while identifying new potential business opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to help craft innovative and appealing packages. Responsible for assisting with the maximization of Events and related revenue in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets. Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan's parent company. Provide office support to the team if needed.
