About the role The Indirect Procurement Supervisor is responsible for leading the procurement of indirect materials and services to support manufacturing and business operations. This role oversees strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and procurement process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving business objectives. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect materials and services Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance Conduct RFQ/RFP/RFI processes, commercial evaluations, and supplier negotiations Ensure timely procurement to support production and business operations Identify and execute cost reduction and value improvement initiatives Source, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement plans Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization Supervise and develop procurement team members About you Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 5–8 years of experience in indirect procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiation, and contract management Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good command of English, both written and spoken
