We love that you will… Strategic Global Process Ownership & Governance Own the global roadmap for Product, BOM, Routing and Vendor Master Data processes. Define and govern process standards, controls, lifecycle management, approvals, and decision frameworks. Partner with Data Governance to establish policies, quality requirements, and process documentation. Ensure clear ownership, decision rights, and separation between process ownership and operational execution. Process Standardization, Performance & Continuous Improvement Standardize and simplify master data processes across functions, regions, and manufacturing sites. Define and monitor KPIs for process performance, data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Drive root-cause resolution, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reduce process variability, manual interventions, and recurring issues. ERP & Data Transformation Act as business process owner within ERP, PLM, MDM, and other transformation programs. Support process design, testing, migration readiness, and stabilization activities. Ensure end-to-end process and data integrity across integrated business systems. Define future-state operating models and scalable master data capabilities. Stakeholder Leadership, Adoption & Escalation Align senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, D&T, Data Governance, and MDM Operations. Lead adoption of global standards and ways of working. Act as senior escalation point for systemic process and data issues. Communicate priorities, risks, and performance outcomes to leadership forums. People, Capability & Ways of Working Provide functional leadership to SMEs and process experts. Develop process ownership capabilities, governance maturity, and accountability across the organization. Foster a culture of standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement. Key Deliverables Global standards, governance model, and SOPs for Product and Vendor Master Data. End-to-end process design, controls, approval workflows, and decision frameworks. Process performance dashboards and improvement roadmap. ERP/PLM/MDM transformation readiness and process alignment. Reduced master data incidents, exceptions, and manual work. We love that you are… 10+ years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, or ERP transformation. Deep expertise in Product, BOM, Routing and/or Vendor Master Data processes. Proven track record in global process ownership, standardization, governance, and transformation. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PLM, MDM, and complex system landscapes. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership capabilities. Experience leading global initiatives through matrix organizations.
