Actual pay range: 30,000 – 90,000 THB *Due to limitations of the website’s salary range settings, only 45,000 THB can be displayed. Job Description To realize our mission of “Redefining What Makes a Good Company ,” we are looking for a Consultant or/and Sales Consultant professional to join our team. You will leverage Motivation Cloud, a service launched in 2016, to help clients solve organizational challenges . Key Responsibilities Identify organizational challenges within client companies through survey analysis Discover issues based on organizational strengths and weaknesses and prioritize action items Propose organizational improvement initiatives Support clients in implementing transformation and improvement measures Please note that job responsibilities may change depending on role adjustments such as promotions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher Business-level Japanese proficiency (N2) required Thai or English proficiency is a plus Preferred Experience (any of the following): Sales experience (B2C or B2B) Experience in management, HR, recruitment, or training and development Consulting experience Experience overcoming challenges related to teamwork, interpersonal conflict, or organizational dynamics Location One City Centre, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok Working Hours & Holidays Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Direct commute to client sites is permitted. Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (Primarily based on the Thai calendar, with adjustments coordinated with the Japan headquarters.) Approx. 123 days off per year Paid leave: 6 days in the first year (granted after probation) Sick leave: 30 days per year Additional leave: Songkran holiday, Year-end/New Year holiday, and “Pit-in Leave” (one company-wide day off after each quarter)
