Salary: 50,000 - 90,000 THB About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the company's accounting and finance functions. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls while providing financial insights to support business decisions and leading the accounting team to achieve operational excellence. Key responsibilities Plan and oversee the company's accounting and financial management systems. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes. Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and management reports. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities. Monitor operating expenses and analyze budget variances. Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements. Provide financial and tax advisory support to management and internal departments. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support efficient business operations. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting. At least 10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role. Valid CPD License. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
