Assistant Personal Banking Manager Insurance Specialist($22k-$55k/mth)Job Highlights Cross selling banking products Welcome green zone sales Welcome Insurance agent and teller apply Job Description Our client is an international bank, and they are seeking the right candidates for the position of General Banking Manager / Assistant Personal Banking Manager (HK$22,000 - HK$30,000 /month) & Junior Relationship Manager (HK$35,000 - HK$48,000 /month) from all levels to join their banking teams. *Welcome green zone sales (GBO, SUB, APBM, PBM, AFSM, RO) and Insurance Agents / IFA with one-year experiences to apply. Responsibilities: General Banking Officer / Assistant Personal Banking Manager: 1. Welcome teller experience. 2. Provide quality customer service to our retail customers in branch network. 3. Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions 4. Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty Junior Relationship Manager: 1. Provide the Priority services to VIP Customers in different channel such as mortgage, investment, insurance and bank service. 2. To achieve the business targets set by the management 3. To solicit new business and cross sell the Bank's products 4. Delivering quality service and maintaining long-term relationship with customers 5. Providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs Requirements: 1. University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably in financial institution 2. Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills 3. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage 4.
