The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 51 offices globally, including 13 in the Chinese Mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a two-way global investment and business hub. The HKTDC organises international exhibitions, conferences and business missions to create business opportunities for companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in the mainland and international markets. The HKTDC also provides up-to-date market insights and product information via research reports and digital news channels. As we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2026 and begin a new three-year business cycle, our mission remains as strong as ever to help Hong Kong thrive in trade and businesses succeed in the ever-changing landscape. The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-calibre and experienced marketing professional to join our Team. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital campaigns and promotion ideas to drive customer acquisition, increase followers, and engage target audiences; Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, including ideation, production, and distribution across digital platforms; Enhance and update multimedia contents of all the company’s social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat etc. to ensure all information are up to date; Develop and execute KOL strategies, including identifying suitable partners, negotiating collaborations, and managing campaign implementation across social media platforms; Drive the website traffic and creating contents to generate brand awareness; Use market insights, customer data, and an agile test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives; Provide accurate and timely information reports and analysis of all digital marketing activities; Perform ad hoc project as required. Requirements: Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any related discipline; Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, customer acquisition and campaign optimization are essential; Proficient in utilizing AI tools, videography software (such as Canva), and digital avatar technologies for marketing applications; Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and providing actionable insights; Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content; Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is preferred. Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing. Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
