Sourcing Merchandiser (Hardgoods) Our client is a reputable SME directly sourcing goods in APAC for US and EU Discount retailers. They are currently looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser - Hardgoods to join the organisation. Responsibilities Directly report to Managing Director Responsible for preparing and ensuring the accuracy and completion of all documents pertaining to tender, submission, contract awarding, and shipments Working closely with discount retailers to understand their requirements Co-ordinate with regional product suppliers on the newest products and trends Ensure the completion of submission comparison documents and determine the preferred submission in accordance within the company procedures and requirements Coordinate with internal QA, CR, Admin and Logistics team members and external stakeholders Ensure the purchased products are follow through the production process Conduct visits to trade fairs or suppliers with the aim of effectively managing and expanding the supplier network within the specific commodity sector Responsibilities Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or another related field 6 years' relevant working experience in trading/sourcing/buying offices, focusing on consumer hardgood products Strong understanding on end2end sourcing/merchandising Able to work independently, detail oriented, self-motivated, and responsible Strong proficiency in both spoken and written in English as well as fluency in Mandarin Knowledge of MS office and Exchange essential HK Permanent Resident only Interested individuals who are interested in working for a cash rich SME should apply now for further details
