We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer / Analyst Programmer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will drive the development of robust web applications from conception to deployment. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, designing both frontend interfaces and backend architectures. Core Responsibilities Application Development: Build, deploy, and support end-to-end web applications using React and Node.js. Architecture & Design: Turn business specifications into technical blueprints, system workflows, and database schemas. API Engineering: Design, implement, and optimize secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and external data integrations. Optimization: Diagnose system bottlenecks, refactor legacy code, and optimize database queries for maximum speed. Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, implement testing strategies, and maintain clear technical documentation. Experience & Technical Requirements Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a professional full-stack development environment. Frontend Expertise: Advanced proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Backend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience building server-side logic and microservices with Node.js. Database Management: Competency with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Modern Workflows: Solid grasp of modern version control (Git), asynchronous programming, and REST design principles. Bonus Skills Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or state management libraries like Redux and Zustand. Understanding of DevOps practices, including Docker containerization and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to CI/CD automation pipelines or leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
