Accounting & Costing Assistant Manager (76905)

Working Location: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Costing Assistant Manager to oversee accounting operations and cost management. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and manufacturing cost analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Cost Accounting Collect and analyze manufacturing cost data. Establish and maintain standard costing for manufactured products. Monitor cost standards, variances, and recommend cost improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities. Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare cost analysis reports and provide recommendations to management. Accounting & Finance Manage accounting and finance operations, including AR, AP, cash flow, taxation, and financial reporting. Oversee monthly closing activities and account reconciliations. Prepare month-end reports, financial analyses, and management reports. Monitor daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare budgets and monthly profit and loss forecasts. Prepare statutory financial statements and coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders. What we're looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and cost accounting/cost control. At least 5 years of experience at Assistant Manager level. Valid CPD License. Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting and cost analysis. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company. Experience using ERP systems such as ERP Formular or similar platforms.
