Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex full stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend). 2. Take ownership of technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of systems. 3. Act as a technical point of contact within the Scrum team, guiding sprint planning, estimation, and technical feasibility discussions. 4. Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation across the development team. 5. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance. 6. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 7. Design and implement RESTful APIs/microservices, ensuring robust integration with front-end systems. 8. Actively participate in and help facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, retrospectives). 9. Identify technical risks and bottlenecks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on track. 10. Oversee CI/CD pipeline processes and collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth, reliable deployments. 11. Champion continuous improvement, staying ahead of emerging technologies and recommending adoption where relevant. 12. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and company IT governance standards. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in full stack development, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead capacity. 2. Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture, performance optimization). 3. Strong, hands-on experience working within Scrum/Agile environments, including guiding Agile practices within a team. 4. Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or microservices architecture. 5. Strong database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 6. Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). 7. Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred. 8. Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives. 9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 10. Proficient in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications 1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. 2. Prior experience in the automotive industry or enterprise-level digital platforms. 3. Exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, or other modern frontend/backend frameworks. 4. Experience leading a small development team or acting as a technical lead. What We Offer 1.
