R&D Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated R&D Coordinator to support our Research & Development Team in a fast-paced watch ODM/manufacturing environment (Hong Kong & China operations). R&D Coordinator ============== Job Summary You will provide administrative documentation and technical support to the R&D team, liaise with customers for new projects, and assist in bringing new watch models from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinates with customers on sample production, material sourcing, and prototype development with factories in China. ● Tracks project status and facilitates communication between R&D, QA, Production, and Clients. ● Handles procurement requests and basic reporting. Requirements: ● 2 years relevant experience (watch/jewelry/ODM background is a strong advantage) ● Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word) ● SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage ● Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) ● Details-oriented, proactive, independent, well-organized, responsible, willing to learn and able to work with Hong Kong & China teams.
