About Set Sail AI Set Sail AI is a Hong Kong-based agentic AI platform company with proven experience delivering secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions to 30+ Hong Kong government departments and 100+ leading enterprises. We are rapidly expanding into Thailand, bringing our flagship Claw of Duty (Enterprise Claw) platform to Thai enterprises. Claw of Duty is an on-prem/private-cloud agentic AI platform that empowers organizations with autonomous AI agents for sales, marketing, project management, workflow automation, customer service and more. Our solutions integrate deeply with enterprise systems (WhatsApp Business API, Google, etc.) and emphasize security, data sovereignty, and customizability. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate AI-Native Engineer to join our Thailand team. You will be at the forefront of customizing and extending Claw of Duty’s agentic capabilities for enterprise clients in Thailand and the region. This is a hands-on role building production-grade AI skills/agents that solve real business problems in finance, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and customize AI agents ('skills and tools') within the Claw of Duty platform tailored to enterprise client requirements. ● Implement and optimize LLM-based agents. ● Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, databases, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp/Line, Google Workspace, ERP, payment gateways). ● Build robust, secure, and scalable on-prem or private-cloud deployments with strong focus on data privacy and compliance. ● Deliver product demonstrations and explain AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Collaborate closely with sales, engineers, and clients during discovery, PoC, pilot, and deployment phases. ● Contribute to the core Claw of Duty platform — improving agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory management, evaluation, and monitoring. ● Document custom skills, create reusable templates, and support knowledge transfer to client teams. ● Stay current with latest advancements in agentic AI, open-source models, and enterprise AI security best practices. Requirements ● Strong AI background: 1+ year of hands-on experience building, deploying, or implementing LLM-powered agents or enterprise AI solutions in production environments. ● Proficiency with modern AI stacks: Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen/CrewAI, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling/tool use, vector databases. ● Experience with open-source LLMs (OpenClaw, Hermes, etc.) and inference optimization (vLLM, Ollama, Hugging Face). ● Solid software engineering skills: REST/GraphQL APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, cloud/on-prem infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or private clouds). ● Understanding of enterprise needs: security, compliance, auditability, reliability, and integration with legacy systems. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions. ● Experience working directly with customers during solution implementation, technical workshops, or proof-of-concept projects. ● Strong communication skills in English and Thai. ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice-to-Haves ● Experience delivering AI solutions for enterprise customers in industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or the public sector. ● Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, or other business applications. ● Familiarity with conversational AI, speech technologies (ASR/TTS), digital avatars, or multimodal AI applications. ● Experience leading technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), or customer onboarding projects. ● Prior work with on-prem/hybrid AI deployments or data-sovereignty focused projects. ● Contributions to open-source AI projects. ● Familiarity with Thai enterprise landscape. What We Offer ● Competitive salary and profit-sharing potential. ● Opportunity to shape our Thailand AI operations and grow with a fast-expanding regional player. ● Work on cutting-edge agentic AI with real enterprise impact. ● Hybrid work flexibility, professional development budget, and access to latest AI tools/models. ● Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, social security, and paid leave (aligned with Thai labor law + company enhancements). ● Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with direct exposure to Hong Kong headquarters and regional leadership. How to Apply Please send your resume/CV, GitHub/profile link (or portfolio of AI projects), and a short note on why you’re excited about Claw of Duty to the recruitment team with the subject: “AI-Native Engineer – Thailand Application”. Set Sail AI is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

144,883 engineer jobs are open right now

Here's how to pick the right one and stand out in your application.

144.883Jobs
31.687IN
81%EN

That number is real. WorkMundi's database shows 144,883 open engineer roles across the world. India has the most with 31,687 jobs, followed by the United States with 30,084. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
