Management Consultant (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description • Strategic Consulting: Partner with C-suite clients to identify key success factors and craft strategic directions; lead diverse consulting teams; serve as daily contact point for clients • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Communicate findings and recommendations to client executives; develop and maintain long-term relationships; act as trusted advisor to drive client success • Business Development: Drive sales and marketing activities; represent the company at conferences; contribute to new business acquisition through thought leadership • Team Leadership & Development: Provide mentorship to junior consultants; contribute to company's consulting methodology Qualification • Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other business-related fields with excellent academic performance • At least 5 years of relevant experience at top-tier consulting firms OR a strong academic record from a top-tier MBA program • Strong proficiency in English, Japanese, and Thai (written and spoken) • Industry expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred • Professional experience in operations management manufacturing operations, production control, process improvement, product development, new business development） • Strong research and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency • Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables PowerPoint, Excel models, written reports） • Proficient in data-driven decision making • Ability to work flexible hours and manage projects with limited notice • Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments including factory settings） • Strong project management skills including budget management and timeline adherence Benefits • Commuting allowance（home to office, approx. 4 days/month） • Electricity allowance：THB 600/month（for WFH-eligible employees） • Mobile phone allowance：THB 400/month • Travel allowance（Japan business trip：THB 1,500/day, up to 3 days; one-day trip：THB 300/day; overnight trip：THB 600/day） • Medical insurance：up to THB 23,000/year • Health check-up：once per year • Small group activities subsidy：up to THB 1,400/event • Buddy system（THB 500/month/buddy） • Casual day system（Fridays with no appointments） • Team incentive tour：up to twice per year（travel fee supported based on target achievement） • Travel to Japan：once per year（for eligible employees） • Individual growth support：up to THB 10,000/year（seminars, books） • Social insurance：fully covered by company • Provident fund（voluntary, after probation；employee 2–15%、company contribution あり） • Special leave & financial support（wedding, bereavement, childbirth etc.）
