What We’re Looking For Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia at the time of application (we cannot provide visa sponsorship or relocation support). 3+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET. Strong all-rounder capabilities across backend systems (REST APIs, data persistence) and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React/MVC). Adaptable problem-solving mindset with a drive to navigate and debug complex enterprise codebases. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Graduated from assisting to fully owning the end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of product modules. Reduced time-to-resolution for Tier-3 tickets by mastering the full production codebase. Became a consistent contributor to the global technical library by documenting system behavior and resolution pathways.
