Our client is a fast-growing technology and financial solutions provider serving the construction and infrastructure sector. They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and expand their client base in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients within the construction and related industries. Present financial and technology-driven business solutions to key stakeholders, including business owners, project leaders, and finance professionals. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal presentation and deal closure. Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and client records within the CRM system. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives. Monitor infrastructure developments, industry trends, and market opportunities to support business expansion. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Construction, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a related commercial role. Exposure to fintech, financial services, SaaS, banking, or construction-related industries is an advantage. Strong interest in learning about supply chain finance and commercial funding solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
