Noatum Logistics is now looking for Sales Manager based in HK to develop new business account planning and management, and execution of sales activities required to drive revenue and achieve sales objectives. This person would be ideally having a background in freight forwarding sales, those with operations background with the willingness to develop their career in sales are also welcomed. Job Description Identify customer prospects and follow up to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and negotiations to secure new business contracts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer demands and opportunities for business expansion. Utilize internal manpower to execute sales plans ensure long-term relationship delivering recurring revenue in the accounts hunted or assigned. Establish marketing and sales strategies to achieve the goal of the Company in coordination with the Noatum’s global sales team. Prepare timely, accurate management information including taking necessary corrective action where required as specified and requested by the company policies. Requirement At least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Aggressive, self-driven and attention to detail Flexible and adaptive to changes Be a good team player and able to work under pressure Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
