Airfreight Billing (Contract)

Key responsibilities Issuing invoice for all incoming shipment after checking against Sales’ quotation. Generating documents for billing, sending to Finance Department. Checking EICI for proper and correct booked if found any discrepancy must raised to immediate superior for solving. Filling documents of whole consol including MAWB, HAWB, Manifest Control sheet on (MAWB level)] Genera report (if any) and submit to immediate superior. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Must complete the product/service and specific Airfreight e-learning. Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
