Assistant Live Commerce Manager Location: Near BTS Wongwian Yai, Bangkok Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 5 days/week (days off may not fall on weekends) Salary: THB 20,000 – 45,000/month (up to THB 50,000 for highly qualified candidates) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Live Assistance Manager to oversee and drive the overall performance of our live streaming operations. This role will be responsible for managing the Live team, including Live Supervisors, MCs, and Support staff , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while improving sales, conversion, viewer engagement, and overall live channel performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the overall Live team, including Live Supervisors, MCs, and Support staff. Ensure live streaming sessions run smoothly according to plan and schedule. Monitor the quality of visuals, sound, atmosphere, and overall live streaming experience. Handle and resolve technical issues, content-related problems, platform issues, and unexpected situations during live sessions. Analyze key performance metrics including Views, Peak Views, Retention, Engagement, Sales, and Conversion Rate. Continuously improve live streaming formats and performance to increase audience reach and engagement. Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop promotional plans and live streaming strategies. Monitor and summarize sales, conversion, and overall live performance. Develop and implement SOPs and working standards for the Live team. Coach and develop Live Supervisors and MCs to improve team performance. The role is measured primarily on Live sales, Conversion Rate, Avg/Peak Views, Retention, Engagement, and the percentage of live sessions successfully delivered according to plan. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in Live Streaming, Production, Live Commerce, or related fields. Proven experience in team management or team leadership. Hands-on experience with OBS and TikTok Live. Strong ability to analyze sales data and live streaming performance. Strong leadership, analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Able to make quick decisions and effectively handle unexpected situations during live sessions.
