Provide bespoke consultations to identify the best residency or citizenship options based on the client's goals (tax planning, education, etc). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, International Relations, or a related field will be highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in investment migration, offshore banking, luxury real estate, or wealth management, over 8 years of non-related working experience will also be accepted. Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, specifically dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) or Ultra-HNWIs. Program Expertise: Deep understanding of Hong Kong immigration schemes (New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, Top Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, etc) others global Residency and Citizenship-by-Investment (RCBI) programs will also be a (e.g., St. Kitts & Nevis, Portugal Golden Visa, EB-5, Greece, etc.). Regulatory Awareness: Solid grasp of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. Financial Literacy: Ability to explain investment structures, real estate yields, and tax implications clearly to clients. Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese are essential. (Optional: Fluency in English or Arabic is often a significant advantage depending on the market).
