New Product Manager (NPD)

About the role As the New Product Development Manager at Jack Chia Industries (Thailand) Public Company Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and innovation strategy. In this full-time position based in Bangkok, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products that align with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs. What you'll be doing Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and the company's strategic direction Develop and implement effective product development processes, from concept to launch Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, R&D, and operations to ensure successful product development and commercialisation Manage the product pipeline, prioritising projects and allocating resources effectively Monitor and analyse market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions Lead and mentor a team of product development professionals to foster innovation and continuous improvement What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving business growth Excellent problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and consumer insights Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering What we offer At Jack Chia Industries (Thailand) Public Company Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
