About the role We are seeking an experienced Customs EDI Air Export to join our team at DSV Air & Sea Ltd. in Lat Krabang, Bangkok on a 1-year contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert customs clearance and documentation support for our air export operations, ensuring seamless cross-border trade for our clients. What you'll be doing Prepare EDI export entry form Ensure the EDI preparing process are correct Drafting customs entry Preparing all customs documents as per customs regulation book Prepare instruction to customer service for local clearance, if any Preparing Container load list for export shipment. Prepare documentation and/or co-ordinate with sub-contractor to ensure the Certificate of Origin, Legalization and other export permits & certified should finish as fast as possible. What we're looking for Minimum 1-3 years' experience in EDI Customs Air & Sea within the freight forwarding industry Strong working knowledge of Export entry and customs document perparations Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle customs-related challenges Proficient in using EDI and customs clearance software Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Fair Skill English
