Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities Contract Management Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements in both Thai and English. Review legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect the Company's interests. Assist in contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and business partners. Legal Advisory Provide legal advice to internal departments on business operations and legal matters. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on corporate and commercial issues. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the Company's business. Corporate Legal Support Prepare and review corporate legal documents, including board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and other statutory documents. Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and external legal counsel when required. Assist with company registration and corporate compliance matters. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Law. Licensed Attorney (Thai Lawyer License) is preferred. At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law. Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts in both Thai and English. Good knowledge of: Corporate Law Commercial Law Civil and Commercial Code Labor Law Business Law Good command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. High level of integrity and professionalism.
