GUARANTEED BASIC SALARY + HIGH COMMISSION & BONUSES Total monthly earnings up to HK$60,000 Beauty Affairs is seeking an elite Sales Closer / Up-seller with proven experience closing individual customer transactions worth HK$100,000 or more. This is not an ordinary retail or counter-sales role. Our front-line team welcomes customers and conducts the initial product demonstration. You then take over as the senior closer—building trust, identifying the opportunity and converting qualified customers into high-value sales. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Take over qualified customers following the initial product demonstration. 2. Build value, overcome objections and close high-value transactions. 3. Upsell customers from introductory products to premium skincare collections and advanced beauty devices. 4. Confidently structure and close individual customer sales of HK$100,000 or more. 5. Handle high-potential walk-in customers. 6. Develop long-term relationships with premium and VIP customers. 7. Work closely with the front-line customer-engagement and demonstration team. 8. Maintain exceptional service and protect the Beauty Affairs luxury brand image. MANDATORY EXPERIENCE 9. Proven ability to close individual customer transactions of HK$100,000 or more. 10. A strong, verifiable record of high-ticket sales performance. 11. Experience in luxury beauty, skincare, beauty devices, jewellery, watches, luxury property, high-end wellness or another high-value sales environment. 12. Advanced closing, objection-handling and upselling skills. 13. Confidence working with demanding sales targets and performance-based income. 14. Exceptional communication, customer-reading and relationship-building ability. 15. Professional presentation and a strong, team-focused attitude. 16. Fluency in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
