About Company Our client is the Malaysian subsidiary of a globally established trading corporation with nearly 80 years of experience and an extensive international business network. Job Description Liaise with the sales team to handle the full set of order processes, including issuing contracts, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders. Prepare and issue order process documents (e.g.: commission agreement, debit note, credit note, delivery notice request, etc.). Monitor deliveries and payments to ensure smooth transaction cycles. Communicate with clients and relevant parties to make sure a smooth order fulfillment operation. Coordinate with transporters and overseas shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments. Maintain and update accurate sales and purchase records. Prepare monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc reports as required. Arrange Documents Against Payment (DP) and handle import/ export documentation. Communicate sales status internally and liaise with customers or relevant parties when necessary. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by company from time to time. Working Location: Menara Hap Seng, Kuala Lumpur (KL City) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.15pm Job Requirements Minimum Diploma, Advanced, Higher, or Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with local and overseas stakeholders, including those from China. Ability to speak local dialects (e.g., Cantonese, Hokkien) is an advantage. Experience in clerical/ administrative support or within the logistics/ supply chain industry is preferred. Compensation Probation period: 3 months Transport allowance Company parking provided Performance bonus Medical claim Annual leave: 12 days Overtime: Minimal (OT pay provided based on Employment Act, if applicable) Upon confirmation, optional 1-day work from home per week (subject to approval)
