Reservation Specialist / Senior Reservation Specialist – French-Speaking Market Position Overview: Join a welcoming and supportive team as a Reservation Specialist / Senior Reservation Specialist – French-Speaking Market. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing reservation operations while ensuring seamless communication between the sales team, overseas partners, and local suppliers. You will support the French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and French-speaking Canada) by delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality travel arrangements that reflect DTH Travel's commitment to service excellence. The scope of responsibilities and level of autonomy will evolve according to your experience and profile. Key Responsibilities: Reservation Management Manage and coordinate daily reservation activities to ensure all client requests and bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely responses and adherence to deadlines. Prepare, review, and finalize quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations before submission to clients. Provide guidance on complex bookings and support continuous improvements to reservation processes. Itinerary Planning Design and refine tailor-made travel itineraries that align with client preferences, budgets, and timeframes. Coordinate with local suppliers, guides, and service providers to create authentic and well-balanced travel experiences. Recommend suitable products and creative solutions that enhance the overall client experience while meeting operational requirements. Client & Partner Relations Work closely with your Manager to understand client requirements and expectations. Communicate effectively with overseas partners and agents, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable arrangements and resolve issues promptly. Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service quality. Systems & Operations Become proficient in our reservation and operating systems. Maintain data accuracy, monitor booking inputs, and support system updates or enhancements. Contribute to improving operational processes and sharing best practices within the team. Documentation & Product Support Oversee the preparation of final itineraries and travel documentation for clients. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and delivered according to schedule. Participate in translating and maintaining product content from English into French. Support the continuous development and updating of destination and product information when required. Qualifications & Skills Candidates must hold valid working rights in Thailand. Excellent command of French (written and spoken). Good command of English (written and spoken). Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Experience in inbound travel reservations or tailor-made travel planning is preferred. Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for a Senior Reservation Specialist position. In-depth knowledge of travel products and destinations across Southeast Asia is an advantage. Strong computer and system skills (reservation platforms, Microsoft Office). Comfortable using AI tools Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. A positive team spirit, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
