Key Responsibilities Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents in a systematic manner, including both hard copy and soft copy records. Prepare, review, and monitor documentation required for personnel and subcontractor site access, such as: Method Statement (MOS) Permit to Work (PTW) Risk Assessment (RA) Job Safety Analysis (JSA), where applicable. Prepare and control safety documentation and site registration documents. Ensure all information is accurate and complete before submitting to clients or site owners. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Safety Officers, and clients to collect, update, and maintain current project documentation. Monitor document submission and approval status (Document Submission / Approval Status). Prepare and update the Document Register, including document version control and revision management (Document Control & Revision). Support document preparation for audits and ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures, and applicable standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Open to all genders, aged not over 40 years. At least 1 year of experience in Document Control. Experience in construction sites or industrial projects will be an advantage. Knowledge of safety documentation, including Method Statements (MOS), Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients. Willing and able to work on-site in Rayong Province. Candidates who own a car or motorcycle will be given special consideration. Employment under a 6-month contract . Company accommodation is provided for employees whose residence is within 10 kilometers of the work site.
