Responsibilities: Arrange and perform regular microbiological and physical test for raw materials, semi-manufactured and finished products, from sample preparation to results reporting and housekeeping miscellaneous for in-house laboratory Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, test reports, and audit trails to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance Perform equipment calibration Responsible for maintaining the Plant HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, including but not limited to GMP, Personal Hygiene, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Chemical Control, and Pest Control Assist in complaint handling or internal outbreak investigations, including executing corrective and preventive actions Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Food Science / Food and Nutrition or any related disciplines A minimum of 2 years’ experience in food industry Work experience in microbiology laboratory is highly preferable Self-motivated and able to work independently Good time management and communication skills Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English 5‑day work with shift duty (Monday to Saturday, including public holidays) We offer competitive salary, on-the-job development program and rewarding career opportunities for ambitious individuals who are looking for challenges.
